Npower Batch C Payment- Npower Outstanding Stipends to be Paid before mid February 2022

From the Npower payment log book, only the months of September and October 2021 stipends have been paid. This leaves us with two outstanding months of  November and December 2021 to be paid. Please note that this stipends have been approved and after the NIBBS validation of bank accounts, payment will commence.

Also note that pending September and October 2021 stipends is still ongoing at the moment. Those yet to be paid for the above mention months will be paid. There have been lots of media reports about stipends not being paid or delayed. We enjoin you to ignore all this and be rest assured that any delays, is being caused by certain technical abnormalities which is being corrected to make payment smooth and successful always.

Always log out when you use the Nasims portal on an unfamiliar computer system

We recently noticed that some beneficiaries stayed longer than the usual time on the nasims portal and some may even have login else where, other than there computer. Please endeavour to always logout of the portal when using a different computer other than yours. This would prevent identity theft and transfer of fund to wrong bank account by online fraudsters.  

You can now Resign from the Programme

We also install recently a resignation tab for any Npower beneficiaries who feel he or she can't cope with the terms of service of the Programme. This is also for those who might have gotten employment elsewhere to honourably resign and leave the Programme. 

Abscounding at Npower Duty post

We will not condone any act of not going to where you have been assigned for your respective Primary assignment for the Programme. Our independent monitors have been charged to visit all Npower partnering institutions and report where necessary. If you are deem to have absconded from your place of duty, we will put your stipends on hold on the nasims portal and after further investigation dismiss you from the programme without any payments !

Mobile Money Agent

This agent's have been mobilized and trained.  We recently launched the northwest zone initiative in Kano state last year by November 7, 2021. Other zones will be launched too. The mobile money agents will act as out foot soldiers to better the services of the National Social Investment Programme  (NSIF).

Stream 2 candidates being accessed

We will be rolling out the second batch of beneficiaries soon so as to complete the 1million youths earmarked form the Programme. There will no new application as only the 2020 applicants earlier screened will be selected from. Further directives will be issued on the subject matter soon.

Nexit loans for Batch A and B Npower Beneficiaries 

The ministry have made head ways regarding this subject matter as we are in the final phase of discussion with our partners. We enjoin all those concern to exercise a little patient as we concludes all issues involved.
